Gooshwa.com will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise for a refund within 7 days of the original delivery date.

The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Items that have been worn are not eligible for exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Exchanges must be sent via Postal Service, FedEx, DHL or UPS.
