Shipping & Delivery

- Priority Express within United Kingdom has an estimated delivery of 1-3 business days*
- Free Shipping within United Kingdom has an estimated delivery of 3-7 business days*
- International Free Shipping has an estimated delivery of 10-14 business days*

All orders over £500 require signature at delivery.

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday depending on your location. Please note, the estimated delivery times do not include order processing time.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

GOOSHWA offers free ground domestic shipping on all UK orders over £200 and international economy shipping on foreign orders over £500, the subtotal prior to taxes. For international orders under £300, there is a flat £50 charge to cover taxes and DHL economy shipping.

Free shipping for orders is based on the 10-20 day business day delivery time and does not include any potential / unforseen customs duties and taxes that may be charged by your delivery country. Free shipping is for orders when shipped. Please see below for more information.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that products cannot be shipped to some international destinations.
Please be aware that customs and duties taxes may be charged by you country upon arrival. Gooshwa.com is not responsible for these fees and cannot determine how much they will be. These taxes are determined by the destination country and are NOT included in your shipping cost. All duties and taxes must be paid at time of delivery by the final destination customer.
Please provide a local number for any delivery issues for the courier to make contact. If you do not accept contact from couriers we are not liable for any problems with your delivery and or returns due to no delivery and returns back to us. Once item is shipped the responsibility is on the customer to ensure proper delivery.
Returns & Exchanges

Your order cancellation rights:
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 8 hours of order confirmation; Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm (GMT+6) without giving any reason for doing so. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform us by email of your decision by means of a clear statement. We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your email wishing to cancel the order, if it is within the approved timeframe and the item has not already been shipped. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement should the item have not been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.

Full Price:
Gooshwa Products purchased at full price are eligible for return for a full refund if returned within 7 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you. Products should be returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise for a full refund.

*We do not accept returns on sale items or any items sold at a reduced price including items purchased with a promotional code of more than 10%. These items are only eligible for a credit Voucher only. Any returned Products which are worn, used, washed, damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and refunds or credits will not be issued for such returns.
*Please note that all items purchased on clearance are final. Products purchased on final sale (clearance) are not eligible for exchange, return or a refund.

* Damaged or faulty Products will be replaced or repaired, where possible and subject to availability. Where possible we will offer to repair the faulty item. If a Product cannot be replaced or repaired, you are entitled to a full refund within the 14 days.
* Late Returns:
At the discretion of Gooshwa, any Product returned outside of the deadline for returns will not be accepted or may only accepted for site credit.

*Product Colours:
We have made every effort possible to ensure the colors are displayed as accurately as possible. Gooshwa cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor will accurately display the true colour. If you have any questions about the color of an item please contact our customer care prior to placing your order.

*Returning goods:
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. If you qualify for a return, we will send you the address for your return based on information you provide.

How do I make a Return/Exchange?

To return an item please fill out the return form, that can be found here. Please click here, returns within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

Goods are returned to Gooshwa at your own expense. We recommend you send by recorded post and retain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items which are lost in transit.
If you are exchanging an item we will pay the shipping on your first exchange only.

Provided the goods are returned in the same condition as we shipped them, we will arrange the refund against your credit/debit card. This refund will be done within 14 days of Gooshwa having received the returned goods. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

International Returns:

The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and refunds or credits will not be issued for such returns. are not eligible for exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Exchanges must be sent via Postal Service, FedEx, DHL or UPS.

Please note that any international duties and taxes are not refunded. If you are outside the UK please ensure to clearly state RETURNS as the reason for sending, and across all customs and duties paperwork. If you do not we may be charged duty which will be charged forwards to you.
